Web pages should show the main site in the beginning page, without having to use the scroll bar.  Links can then go to pieces of information with or without graphics, animations, slide shows, video, audio or whatever you would like.  Or, for large sites, links can go to index pages for the different subject matters of the site, which then go to the information itself.

Graphics can add much to sites, and I create a text version for cell phone or slower connections.  People with older computers and slower connections often do not have the patience for many graphics.  This can be overcome by having text or thumbnail images that link to larger graphics.  Small graphics (two inches or less) load very fast, even on slower systems, and if one wants to view a larger graphics, they can click on the image or text link.

The more that you know how you want to design your site, and have in digital (such as email) or written form, the faster it is for me.  Often clients want to meet with me initially to get an idea of the options, and how other sites are laid out.  Then they put together a format, or they have me do it.  Then we meet regularly, and look at the site and make improvements.  Much can be done remotely with email, and I have sites as far as Kenya that are working well.

I can provide very fast turn-around and have a network of other designers should I get larger projects that must be done very fast.  I also have many high-tech consultants to get virtually anything you want done on the net.
