Fishing Expeditions Learn the best fishing spots from one who has survived off the fish he caught in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Kister has been fishing Southeast Ohio all of his life. Whether it is smallmouth or largemouth bass, catfish, or panfish, Kister will keep a fish on the line.
