Testimony by Robert Murray in the trial of State of Ohio vs. Robert Murray when the coal company ower assaulted Chad Kister.  Murray choked Kister and slammed his head against a wall during a court hearing in which Kister, the coordinate of Dysart Defenders, was working to protect the last .004 percent of old growth forest in Ohio from mining by Robert Murray's Ohio Valley Coal Company and Murray Energy.
